Working Together Group (WTG) has identified a need for well-structured At-Home Care Services in the community. Through a co-design process, Honohono Tātou Katoa (HTK) are supporting WTG to create a series of modules, resources, and assessments to turn into a training programme which will equip WTG community members with the skills, knowledge, and support to not only look after their own community but to train others to do the same.
